**HARDEE'S DONATIONS DOLLARS"
Hardee's
fundraising program was created to help clubs, athletic groups, civic
organizations, lodges, schools, and other non-profit organizations raise
money for their worthwhile projects.
If your chapter decides to use this program
as a means of fundraising, the application (below) and contract must
be completed and returned to the address below (along with your check
for 50% of the total face value of certificates desired). This
check will be held until the end of your program expiration date.
Upon approval from the Donation Dollar
committee, you may expect shipment (via UPS) of the Donation Dollars
approximately 6 weeks from the time your application and contract were
received. Your chapter will have approximately 90 days to complete
the sale of the Donation Dollars.
At the end of the program, Hardee's
will automatically cash your initial deposit check and close out the
program. However, if your chapter has any unsold Donations Dollars,
you will be asked to call the Boddie Noell home office contact listed
below to discuss having these credited to your account.
By selling Hardee's
Donation Dollars, everyone gets something good out of the program:
1. People who buy the Donation Dollar
receive $1.00 worth of Hardee's
menu products for each $1.00 they contribute to your group. No
change will be returned for the unused value of a Donation Dollar.
2. Your chapter gets to keep
$0.50 for each dollar it raises.
3. Hardee's
benefits because they've helped you in a worthwhile cause.

- Donation Dollars are
good for $1.00 toward any purchase at participating Hardee's Restaurants.
- No more than one Donation
Dollar redeemable per person with a group of six or more people, per
visit.
- No change will be returned
if your order is less than the $1.00 amount
- Customer must also pay
any sales tax due.
- This offer is not good
in combination with any other offers.
- Expiration dates are
90 from start of sale.
- All proceeds from the
sale of Donation Dollars will go to your participating chapter.
- Donation Dollars are
issued by Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc.
- Donation Dollar redemption
may vary by Hardee's operator.
