SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES ACTIVITY

Consider some recent experiences that you have had as a customer or as an employee. Try to identify two examples of good experiences and two bad ones. Include examples of both products and services in your analysis.

1. Who was it that made the experience good or bad?

2. How might their behavior have changed your experience?

3. Has their behavior affected future purchase decisions that you might make?

(We could all spend hours answering these questions. Good or bad service tends to arouse emotions!)
