GAINING CONTROL OF EVENTS

Different events in your life have different degrees of control. The following is a list of different events in you may experience in your life. Rank the degree of control for each event, 1 standing for the least amount of control and 5, the most amount of control.

Example: What time I go to bed at night Degree of Control = 5
Although things may occur that delay the time I go to bed, like laundry or homework, it is still my choice as to how early or how late I choose to get to bed every night.
