ECE's MATLAB will be upgraded to 7r14

The version of Matlab (5.6r12) for the ECE department will be upgraded on Thursday, November 9, 2006 to version 7r14.

The version of Matlab (5.6r12) for the ECE department will be upgraded on Thursday, November 9, 2006 to version 7r14. At that time, the old license will be disabled so the old version will no longer function and the ece-matlab script will changed to run the new one.
